This is not my field and I am trying to learn so I qdtv appreciate the help. Does the wdlxtv memory stick have to be in the player when i install the factory firmware from the 2nd usb port?

Believe it or not, I have spent hours trying to figure this out and I feel like I am so close but so far away! After ifrmware time I managed to get it to back to factory firmware firmwrae.
